THE LEADING
SKATEBOARD RAMPS ON THE MARKET FOR MANY YEARS NOW!

Accept No Substitutes!  DO NOT Settle For Those Lame Inferior Plastic Toy Ramps!

Whether you're riding a skateboard or a bmx bike, both of these ramps will get you major air. But each ramp has a different style to their design and will provide a different jumping experience.

  • Which one you prefer will be based purely on your personal tastes.

We hope to make it a bit clearer here in this informative article...

SKATEBOARD LAUNCH RAMP: The launch ramp is great for both skateboarding and BMX biking because it gives maximum lift for mega air.  The curved surface is designed to "launch" the rider higher than the wedge ramp, but not quite as far. This style of ramp is typically preferred by the bmx bikers because it gives them a lot of air and a better opportunity to perform a trick.  Some boarders say that they feel less control of their board than with the wedge ramp because of this launch type of feel.

SKATEBOARD WEDGE RAMP:  The wedge ramp is also great for boarders and bikers, but preferred more by the skateboarders for it's flat even surface, along with the transition piece from ground to ramp for a super smooth mount.  The launch ramp is a fairly simple transition for most boarders, but nothing compared to the wedge ramp.  This ramp is 20 pounds heavier, straight and gives the skateboarders a stronger sense of control when taking off.  This design is better for distance than height, the opposite of the launch ramp.

In conclusion, these ramps are unique and equally effective, but the end result is going to be different.  It's up to the personal preference of the rider as to which ramp works best for them and the tricks they would like to perform.

We hope that this info on our two ramps will be helpful to someone.  If you would like to know more, please click on the link to go to that products' page.

SECURE ONLINE ORDERING

Great News!  We've extended our Customer Experience program indefinitely!  What this means to you is that you can save money in the future by completing the Yahoo Customer Experience Survey, which will be sent out to you shortly after you receive your product(s).  By completing the survey we will send you a coupon good for either $10 or 5% off of your next purchase!

When you see this question: "Would you like Yahoo! to send you an email asking you to rate this merchant?" on the Payment portion of the order form, put a bullet in front of "Yes".  When you receive that rating email, click on it and complete it.  It takes about 2 minutes and is very helpful for us at SRR.
