Inventory

• During the Christmas season when shopping trends are unpredictable, it is best to make your color and style choices as soon as possible so that you have a better selection of what is available.
• We would like to apologize to those of you who haven't found the colors you wanted for specific items.  We do everything we can to ensure that we have plenty of inventory in all shapes, sizes, and colors to last through the Christmas season.  Unfortunately we can't predict when a particular color will be sold out because it has become unpredictably popular.  We do everything we can to keep up with the demand and will keep the site updated regularly with what is currently available.

Shipping

• Order today, ships out tomorrow (next business day).
  
  
• Tracking number(s) will be emailed to the email address provided by you on the order form so please provide an accurate email address.  They will also be available on our website.
  
  
• All orders are shipped by Federal Express except military APO shipping addresses, which ship by UPS only.
  
  
• Ground Residential Shipping typically takes 5 business days to the East Coast, 4 for the Mid-West, and 3 for the Mountain and West Coast states.  (If you would like to ensure an accurate estimate on delivery time, use the package weight and dimensions given on our item page(s) to calculate delivery on the FedEx website).  With Ground Shipping there are no guarantees on how long it may take to reach it's destination.  The shipping companies can take a month to deliver the item and there's nothing anyone can do about it.
  
  
• Next-Day Air and Second-Day Air are just as described.  They will be received in 1 or 2 days respectively after they've been shipped.  We also have a newly added 3-Day Saver delivery option available.
